Overview
These terms apply to purchases made through let-tan.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and in plain English.
Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and include the product only (shipping is calculated separately). We do our best to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences and dye lots.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. If a price changes after you have placed an order, the price you paid at checkout is the price you are charged.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation means we have received your order and your payment has been processed.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock). If this happens, we will refund you in full and let you know by email.
Shipping
Orders over $40 ship free within the US. Orders under $40 have a flat $5.00 shipping fee. For full shipping details, see our Shipping and Returns page.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened yarn. If the belly band has been removed or the yarn has been partially used, we cannot accept a return. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
We sell yarn and handmade mascots. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not responsible for the outcome of your crafting projects, though we are always rooting for you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (images, text, logos, and the Let-Tan brand) is owned by Let-Tan. You are welcome to share our products on social media, but please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
